She has held key roles such as Quality and Compliance Expert, Certified Auditor, Quality Project Manager, Deputy Responsible Person, QA Assistant Manager, and Process Engineer, with expertise in GMP and GDP environments. Her work covers all aspects of GMP compliance, CQV, and operational excellence.
Aletha has in-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including EudraLex Volume 4, PIC/S GMP Guide, ICH Guidelines, ISO Standards, FDA Guidelines, and WHO GMP Guidelines. She is known for her rigorous approach to quality assurance, her experience as a GxP auditor, and her ability to manage complex quality projects. As a certified GxP Trainer and CQV Engineer, Aletha is committed to raising industry standards and promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
