When you submit the contact form or otherwise get in touch, we use your details to reply, answer questions, and discuss whether our consulting or training services fit your needs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

To provide our services. If you become a client, we use your contact details to deliver consulting or training services, manage the engagement, and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting record-keeping).

To operate and improve this website. We use aggregated analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. Legal basis: your consent, where analytics cookies are used; otherwise our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functional website.

To send you information about our services, where you have asked us to. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

To protect our website and our rights, including preventing fraud and misuse, and establishing or defending legal claims. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreements, including:

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or to a professional adviser (such as a lawyer or accountant) bound by confidentiality.
